Business System Change
The company has been working well, but technology opportunity changes and new business requirements, have now led to the need for a new part or all of the Business system. Mergers can present a similar situation, where the current must be maintained, as the future is prepared.
Working to desired client target, of a new system that leverages the existing data, experience and expertise, to create a new system they can maintain and move ahead with. Current staff drive the desired route and we can provide the solution that combines their strengths to a change of system and an extra perspective.
Such systems can be, Engineering Change Control, Engineering Data Control, Production Data control, Business System data integration, Quality system changes, plus integration of any or all of the above.

Design Transfer and Handover
As companies evolve, so the requirements are for change, in the form of consolidation or expansion. This brings the challenge of being able to provide an ongoing service, while there is no current cover for the service required.
The company may need an Engineer to come in and develop a new range, after which point the Company will have more than enough capacity to maintain and evolve the product.
Sometimes staff move on, so the position may be vacant for a period before the new person is in situ and operating at full capacity. We can provide a self starter to collect the current expertise, maintain the the service, then and on to the permeant replacement.
